I'm Sneha Chopraa — and I've spent 19 years building businesses, making expensive mistakes, and learning what actually works for founder-run brands in India.
My most visible work: building the complete digital strategy for one of India's leading gardening educators — growing his presence to 2 lakh+ YouTube subscribers and 1.15 lakh Instagram followers, entirely through organic content. No paid ads. No purchased followers. Just the right strategy, executed consistently over time.
Before that, I built and ran Bonding Moment Creators — a corporate experiential and gifting firm where I personally onboarded and managed relationships with clients from 50 of India's Top-500 companies. That experience taught me how senior decision-makers think, what they value in a partner, and how to build business relationships that go beyond a single transaction.
I understand the founder's reality — the limited bandwidth, the financial pressure, the exhaustion of managing everything simultaneously. I've lived it across multiple businesses at the same time.
